Managing Director

André is extremely well known and respected in all aspects of Jersey property. Having had many years of estate agency experience, locally, overseas, and as managing director of a property development and refurbishment company. Over this period he has forged strong relationships with numerous developers, lenders, lawyers etc, allowing him to open doors that others may not. Prior to André’s years in the property market, he was an experienced sales manager having completed numerous sales & negotiation courses, achieving high results in all.

Simon Horton

Senior Negotiator

Having 12 years Jersey property experience, and a further 8 years sales experience, Simon is well versed and there are not many scenarios that he hasn’t seen before. Simon enjoys working closely with buyer and seller, having spent his 12 years in the larger of Jersey’s Estate Agents, he realised that it was difficult to offer a complete one on one service when there were so many agents fighting for deals, thus he jumped at the opportunity to work in a smaller firm, where everyone pulled together as a team.

Derek Hamilton

Prior to his career as an estate agent Derek, worked in the construction sales industry, where he ended up as a Managing Director of a timber frame house manufacturer. This experience dovetailed very well with estate agency, now amalgamated with 6 years of estate agency experience, Derek’s background gives him an advantage with developers, builders and this also benefits potential buyers who can obtain an informed précis of the property they are considering.

Peter Morris

Peter has joined us from another local estate agency, bringing with him the customer service excellence we pride ourselves on at Benest Estates. Peter has extensive experience in sales and rental transactions and takes time with both vendor and buyer to ensure their needs are met. Peter is an active member of the Jersey community, being the Chairman of the Jersey Kidney Patients Association, a post he has held since 2000, and is also the Parade Director for the Jersey Battle of Flowers.
